However, precise regulatory interactions between different genes and proteins in this pathway are incompletely understood. To identify TBX2 and TBX4 genome-wide binding sites, we performed chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by next-generation sequencing (ChIP-seq) in human fetal lung fibroblasts IMR-90. We identified 14,322 and 1,862 sites strongly-enriched for binding of TBX2 and TBX4, respectively, 43.95% and 18.79% of which are located in the gene promoter regions. Gene Ontology, pathway enrichment, and DNA binding motif analyses revealed a number of overrepresented cues and transcription factor binding motifs relevant for lung branching that can be transcriptionally regulated by TBX2 and/or TBX4. In addition, TBX2 and TBX4 binding sites were found enriched around and within FOXF1 and its antisense long noncoding RNA FENDRR, indicating that the TBX4-FGF10 cascade may directly interact with the SHH-FOXF1 signaling. To examine the shape and volume of the paranasal sinuses and evaluate the sinonasal communication, three-dimensional (3D) reconstructions of computed tomography (CT) datasets of 12 healthy adult Shetland ponies were performed and analysed. Linear measurements of head length and width were taken. Using semi-automatic segmentation, 3D-models of all sinus compartments were created. Volumetric measurement of the seven sinus compartments were conducted and statistical analysis was performed. Sinus volumes were compared between the left and right sinuses and the relation to age and head size was evaluated. Structure and shape of the paranasal sinus system in Shetland ponies was similar to that of large horses. Although this topic has attracted great attention, there have been few studies examining the relationship between universal health insurance coverage and unmet healthcare needs. This study aimed to clarify the impact of universal health insurance coverage and other associated factors on Chinese residents' unmet healthcare needs. Data was derived from the fourth, fifth, and sixth National Health Service Survey of Jiangsu Province, which were conducted in 2008, 2013, and 2018, respectively. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the prevalence of unmet healthcare needs. Binary multivariate logistic regression was used to estimate the association between unmet healthcare needs and universal health insurance coverage, along with other socioeconomic factors. 8.99%, 1.37%, 53.37%, and 13.16% of the respondents in Jiangsu Province reported non-use of outpatient services, inpatient services, physical examinations, and early discharge from hospital, respectively.
