a screening and intervention strategy for COVID-19-related anxiety among HCPs, particularly to those with low dietary diversity scores and depression, is recommended."Patient-Centeredness" (PC) is a theoretical construct made up of a diverse constellation of distinct concepts, processes, practices, and outcomes that have been developed, arranged, and prioritized heterogeneously by different communities of professional healthcare practice, research, and policy. It is bound together by a common ethos that puts the holistic individual at the functional and symbolic center of their care, a quality deemed essential for chronic disease management and health promotion. Several important contributions to the PC research space have adeptly integrated seminal PC conceptualizations to improve conceptual clarity, measurement, implementation, and evaluation in research and practice. This systematic scoping review builds on that work, but with a purpose to explicitly identify, compare, and contrast the seminal PC conceptualizations arising from the different healthcare professional groups. The rationale for this work is that a deeper examination of the underlying development and corres when practiced, and what should reasonably be required of it. This study is a part of the Primary Health Care Corporation's (PHCC) Health Needs Assessment (HNA) Initiative. It focuses on identifying perceptions of Arabic speaking primary care clients regarding community's major health issues, their experiences in utilizing health services, and the barriers that limit their access to health care in the State of Qatar. A total of 10 focus groups sessions were conducted at different PHCC's health centers between October of 2019 and March of 2020. Sessions were distributed to cover all PHCC's three geographical regions. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. A total of 89 adult Arabic speaking individuals were recruited. Participants included were in the age groups (18-69), native Arabic speaker, and registered at one of the PHCC's health centers with a valid health card at time of recruitment. Areas investigated included perceptions of the community's health issues, needed health services, and perceived barriers to health care. Priority health issues identifiend engage the whole community. This process is very important for strategic planning of health services. The study attempts to fill the knowledge gap and should be linked to health policy and the development of socially and culturally appropriate health programs. Effective teamwork can provide safe and effective care in various medical systems. Thus, there is increasing recognition of the value of interprofessional collaborative practice. The Attitudes Toward Interprofessional Health Care Teams Scale (ATIHCTS) has been applied to a wide variety of health professions for evaluating attitudes toward health care teams. The ATIHCTS has been widely used internationally, but no Chinese version has been developed. The aim of this study was to adapt a Chinese version of the ATIHCTS among Chinese health care professionals and to test its validity. The English version of the ATIHCTS was translated into Chinese, back-translated, and modified for cultural adaptation according to Brislin's guideline. A total of 306 health professionals in a Shanghai tertiary hospital were investigated using the Chinese version of the ATIHCTS to test its validity. The Chinese version of the ATIHCTS was adjusted based on expert review and pilot testing. According to expert opinions, the text te scale had good structural validity. Cronbach's α of the Chinese version of the ATIHCTS was 0.861, and the Cronbach's α values of each factor were 0.949 and 0.838, respectively. selleck inhibitor The split-half reliability was 0.644, and the Guttman split-half coefficients of each factor were 0.904 and 0.779, respectively. The Chinese version of the ATIHCTS has good validity. It is a valuable tool for evaluating attitudes toward interprofessional health care teams among the health care professionals in China. The Chinese version of the ATIHCTS has good validity. To measure motor function improvements in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) using Health Qigong exercises. Fifty-two PD patients (Hoehn and Yahr stages I to IV) were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Twenty-six PD patients in the experimental group were intervened with routine medicine and fitness Qigong exercise. The other 26 PD patients as the control group were treated only with regular medication. Twelve-week intervention had been conducted for the study, and participants completed the scheduled exercises 4 times per week for 60 minutes each time. Data which included the one-legged blind balance, physical coordination, and gait was collected before, during, and after the intervention. Comparisons were made between the experimental and control groups through the repeated measures analysis of variance. A total of 40 participants (77% response rate) completed the study. There was no significant difference in baseline data. After 12 weeks of Health Qigong therapy, the length of time the one-legged blind balance test had increased (P < 0.01), and the time it took to TUG test was reduced (P < 0.01). Joint range of motion and gait significantly improved. The control group's there were no significant differences in the above variables, except for joint range of motion, which decreased. It can reduce their activity risk factor and improve their quality of life.Health Qigong exercises can significantly improve physical functions in patients with PD, especially for the balance ability, gait, joint range of motion in patients with PD. This study examined the attributes causing higher burdens for caregivers caring for female patients with Alzheimer's disease by analyzing a combination of various variables, including demographic data, dementia severity, and neuropsychiatric symptoms. This study included 99 female patients with Alzheimer's disease who were cared for by the dementia collaborative care team at Changhua Christian Hospital, Taiwan. Neuropsychiatric symptoms used in this study included affections (9 types), behavior symptoms (9 symptoms), and psychological symptoms (3 symptoms). The Apriori algorithm was employed to identify association rules that reveal the relationships among demographic data, dementia severity, neuropsychiatric symptoms, and caregivers' burden. A total of 185 rules were determined, including 51 rules with little or no burden, 108 rules with mild to moderate burden, and 26 rules with moderate to severe burden. The major findings are as follows. Neuropsychiatric symptoms were associated with varying degrees of caregivers' burden among female patients aged 75 to 84 years with mild dementia.
