032) . Progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were significantly longer in auto-HSCT patients compared with non-auto-HSCT patients[PFS 42.2 (95% CI 29.9-54.5) months vs 22.4 (95% CI 17.1-27.7) months, P=0.007; OS 87.6 (95% CI 57.3-117.9) months vs 53.9 (95% CI 36.1-71.7) months, P=0.011]. Multivariate analysis confirmed that auto-HSCT had a favorable effect on OS (HR=0.448, 95%CI 0.260-0.771, P=0.004) and PFS (HR=0.446, 95%CI 0.280-0.778, P=0.003) . Conclusion These results demonstrated that auto-HSCT was a favorable prognostic factor for newly diagnosed MM patients. Objective To investigate the long term efficacy and side effects of a donor-derived CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell (HI19α-4-1BB-ζ CAR-T) therapy in the treatment of patients with relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) . Methods A total of 9 subjects with relapsed B-ALL post allo-HSCT received donor-derived CD19 CAR-T therapy from July 2017 to May 2020. All subjects were infused with donor CD3-positive T cells after lymphodepletion chemotherapy, and a median dose of CAR-T cells was 1.79 (range, 0.86-3.53) ×10(6)/kg. Results ①All subjects achieved complete remission and MRD-negative at 28-42 d post CAR-T cells infusion. ②Cytokine releasing syndrome (CRS) occurrd in all subjects and was grade 3 in 2, grade 2 in 4, grade 1 in 3 cases respectively. Four subjects developed immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) , which was grade 2 in 1, grade 1 in 3. One subject developed grade IV acute graft-versry ChiCTR1900025419.Objective To explore the outcome of cyclosporine A (CsA) combined with danazol with or without thalidomide regimen for myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) with low-percentage bone marrow blasts and predictive factors for treatment response. Methods Data of 115 subjects who were newly diagnosed with primary MDS with low-percentage bone marrow blasts and were treated with CsA combined with danazol with or without thalidomide from December 2011 to December 2019 in our center were collected. Their clinical features, efficacy, and predictive factors of efficacy were retrospectively analyzed. AB680 A model for predicting this response was developed. Results A total of 55 subjects responded (47.8%) , including 11 complete responses and 44 hematologic improvements. Fifty-two patients (52/105, 49.5%) achieved erythrocyte response; 35 (35/86, 40.7%) , platelet response; and 14 (14/40, 35%) , neutrophil response. Of 29 subjects (24.1%) , 7 who were red blood cell (RBC) transfusion-dependent became independent of transfusion. The m combined with danazol with or without thalidomide regimen could improve cytopenia symptoms in patients with MDS with low-percentage bone marrow blasts. At age less then 60 years, no transfusion dependence of RBC and wild-type U2AF1 mutation is a favorable prognostic factor. Objective To explore the impact of primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) on patient's quality of life and emotional well-being, and both the physician and the patient's perception of the treatment. Methods This study was a Chinese Subgroup analysis of I-WISh survey, including 102 physicians and 286 ITP patients invited to complete the survey. A descriptive analysis of the results of the physician-patient survey was conducted in three parts symptoms, impact of ITP on quality of life and emotion, and treatment perception. Results Fatigue and anxiety about unstable platelet counts were the main symptoms after treatment. Physicians reported inadequate frequency of anxiety and fatigue. In terms of quality of life, over 90.0% of patients thought that ITP had a negative impact on their working life/studies, daily tasks, energy, capacity to exercise, and sexual life. With regard to emotion, 60.8% (174/286) patients thought that ITP had a greater impact on overall emotion, concerns about the fluctuation in platelet leians and patients, suggesting that physicians should raise concerns about the quality of life of ITP patients and make individualized treatment options through physician-patient shared decisions.According to the research on the pathogenesis of the hidden hearing loss in recent years, the occurrence of the hidden hearing loss is earlier than the permanent hearing threshold shift. This paper reviews the risk factors of hidden hearing loss, the pathogenesis of noise-induced hidden hearing loss, and the detection methods of hidden hearing loss. To explore the significance of hidden hearing loss in occupational health surveillance, and to provide reference for hearing protection of workers exposed to noise and hearing loss early in the future.Under the new situation of professionalization reform for fire rescue forces in China, the research on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) of the emergency rescue personnel is expected to usher in a new stage. Based on some theoretical researches and practical results of domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarized the research results of the social and psychological factors of PTSD of emergency rescue personnel, and made suggestions and prospects for the future research and policy-making in related fields in China. Objective To explore the relationship between shift work and menopausal age and menstruation span of retired women. Methods During July 2017 and October 2018, the research was performed by using cluster sampling in nine districts of Shenzhen City to select all permanent residents (3518 people) with Shenzhen household registration in which was equal to or over 60 years old from the Community Health Service Centers. The data of age, marital status, menopausal age, smoking, drinking, shift experience and shift years were collected. The relationship between shift work and menopausal age as well as menstruation span of professional women were analyzed by multivariate linear regression model. Results There were 359 people (10.2%) in the shift experience group, the menopausal age was (49.71±3.63) years, and the menstrual period was (34.27±3.92) years. The non-shift experience group were 3159 people (89.8%) , the menopausal age was (50.20±3.60) years, and the menstrual period was (34.86±4.13) years. The differences of menopausal age and menstrual years between the two groups were statistically significant (P less then 0.
